By downloading, installing, or using any Zukimo application (“Zukimo Apps”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Free License Grant
Zukimo Apps are provided free of charge. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute the software without authorization.
3. Voluntary Donations
Zukimo Apps are free software supported by voluntary donations.
- No Purchase Required: Donations are entirely voluntary and do not unlock additional features, licenses, or special privileges unless explicitly stated.
- Non-Refundable: Because donations directly support ongoing development, all contributions are strictly final and non-refundable.
- Processing: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store financial details.
4. Local-First Data
Apps operate as local-first utilities. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your personal content.
5. Communication
If you donate or contact support, we may send transactional emails (donation receipts, critical updates, support replies) via trusted providers like Brevo.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Zukimo Apps are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zukimo is not liable for data loss, device issues, or indirect damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
